The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland offers both Part-Time and Full-Time MBA programs with a focus on design and sustainability, putting it 鈥渁t the leading edge of a shift in business thinking.鈥 In the first year, the LEAD curriculum helps students to realize their management strengths and weaknesses through experiential learning, case studies, and self-assessments; the integrative core curriculum teaches the basics of business principles; and the school鈥檚 design and sustainability focus come into play through two required first-year courses. Weatherhead professors are very helpful and dedicate time to students outside class 鈥渇or discussions, extracurricular projects and coursework-related doubts,鈥 and as the professors are often the authors of the textbooks being used, students 鈥渓earn more than what is taught through the books.鈥 Students also cite the campus鈥 鈥渁mazing infrastructure鈥 as a key to their studies, which includes 鈥渟tudy rooms, lounges, gym, pool, athlete center, libraries, medical center, IT support and a bar.鈥 Students have the 鈥渆ase of access to all departments under Case Western鈥 and are free to use all the university鈥檚 libraries and facilities as well as licensed software resources, and there are ample places around campus to unwind for the day 鈥渨hich makes it a good blend for academic, professional and social life.鈥
